I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the University of California, Santa Barbara.

My research sits at the intersection of gender and development economics, with a focus on how social institutions shape gendered responses to the ongoing challenges of climate change and state-led coercive interventions. My work combines causal inference methods with administrative and survey data to help guide the design of more effective and feasible policies. You can find more about my research here.
